American Museum of Natural History: The AMNH was founded in 1869 and is located in Manhattan on the Upper West Side. It is one of the largest museums in the world and is ranked number 7 on the list of most visited museums in travel magazine, Travel + Leisure.
There are 25 buildings interconnected with 46 permanent exhibition halls, labs and a library. There are over 32 million specimens in the entire collection and the museum has something to offer for everyone!
