The Greenhouse is perfectly situated, expertly managed, and ready to host your most important event. Guests may arrive by ground transportation or yacht and dock steps from the Duggal Greenhouse and its private waterfront patio. The Greenhouse is a laboratory in new technology, utilizing solar energy, organic air purification and eco friendly building practices.  Our 35,000-square-foot event space on the Brooklyn banks of the East River features spectacular Manhattan and bridge views, a waterfront patio and bar, catering, secured entry and yacht service to and from.

The Greenhouse is a 2015 Building Brooklyn Awards winner. A panel of judges from the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and its Real Estate & Development Committee recognized Duggal’s flagship venue and off-grid technology with this year’s National Grid Award for Energy Efficiency, aligning the Greenhouse with a cast of businesses and innovators who are enriching Brooklyn’s culture, economy and identity. Brooklyn has become a center for sustainability and urban green technology, proving that “going green” truly does enhance our overall quality of life.
