Gretchen Bender, “Tracking the Thrill”
Known best for her rapid-edit multichannel videos, Gretchen Bender explored and manipulated images in the “picture generation.” A lot of Bender’s installations were presented as staged performances. In this event Bender will show Dumping Core and Total recall. These forms of her work in video and film include her post-art-world career.

Barry McGee’s first solo show is happening at Cheim and Read. Know for his cartoonish style, McGee’s street-at-style has become a big influence to his work. Many of his drawings are on on paper and wood surfboard panels, which will be on display.

Gallery Tour at Wave Hill
Wave Hill’s summer exhibition tour features plenty of artwork. These works-of-art are from NYC’s emerging artist. as well as many installations of Sunroom Project Space. There will be large-scale pieces and will create a unique immersive environment for audiences.
