New York s prestigious Carnegie Hill neighborhood has a new standard for high-end residences with the unveiling of 1228 Madison. 
We have designed a building with a personality all its own, but one that grows out of the traditions of the Upper East Side and the eclectic architectural spirit of Carnegie Hill, said Paul L. Whalen, Partner at Robert A.M. Stern Architects. 1228 Madison Avenue participates in the life of one of the world’s great shopping streets and rises to celebrate panoramic views in all directions, including spectacular views over Central Park.

Duggal Visual Solutions Michael LaRaia worked with investment and development firm CBSK Ironstate, with branding design by Pandiscio Green, to capture 1228 Madison s views and the pulse of the city streets below through a faux window in an adjacent sales gallery. Engineered by the Duggal Inno Lab, the display shows a live stream of Central Park from a 4K camera mounted atop the building, with real window mullions adding to the effect. It is accompanied by a gallery wall featuring 15 custom-framed photographic prints and two digital screens, along with a recessed TV for sales presentations to prospective buyers, who will most certainly be in awe.
