The Macy’s Herald Square windows aren’t just a holiday attraction; they’re a canvas for creativity year-round. Over the years, Duggal Visual Solutions has enjoyed the honor of producing Macy’s Herald Square displays for many brands, both inside the store and in the exterior windows. Here are a few of our favorites:
Acqua di Gio has been a cornerstone in men’s fragrance departments worldwide for more than 20 years, but never before had Giorgio Armani’s signature scent been featured as beautifully as it was in Macy’s Herald Square leading up to the 2018 holiday season.
Duggal Visual Solutions’ Tracy Pisarczyk introduced L’Oreal’s Armani division to LUMIPIXELS™, a harmonious blend of animated light and graphics allowing the light to emote through vivid, pre-programmed sequences filtered by fabric. Duggal also produced the floor-to-ceiling fixture that houses the lightbox, along with the display cabinet, cover and trays for a complete showcase.
Inviting coffee lovers to “experience the revolution of coffee,” the Nespresso VertuoLine redefined the single-cup home brewing market by creating a unique system that brews both coffee and authentic espresso with tantalizing aroma and rich flavor.
Nespresso introduced the VertuoLine in North America at Macy’s Herald Square with showcase window installations as sharp and sleek as the VertuoLine machine itself. Duggal worked with the Nespresso creative team to produce and install eye-catching displays that entice chilly shoppers to come inside and envision the perfect cup.
The crisp, inviting scent of Polo Blue is said to evoke the freedom of the big, blue sky, the energy of open waters and an invigorating blast of fresh air. These elements came to life theatrically in Macy’s Herald Square, where Ralph Lauren staged the highest resolution LUMIPIXELS™ lightbox available from Duggal Visual Solutions.
With a 6.5mm-pixel pitch, the display brought a burst of light, color and motion through a combination of custom animation, dye-sublimation printing and digital signage. The fixture was fabricated in Duggal’s Brooklyn Navy Yard headquarters, also home to the Duggal Inno Lab, makers of LUMIPIXELS™ technology.
