Duggal took on the task of introducing the new Heineken bottle at Bobby Van’s Restaurant, located at 46th Street and Park Ave. in Manhattan.
The project involved creating a storefront window display at the location. Duggal handled the whole of the installation. First, the back wall was wrapped in mirror silver SAV printed in the Heineken Green. The Manhattan skyline was router cut black Sintra and mounted away from the wall giving a sense of depth. The overhead lights also gave the cityscape depth and the mirror SAV gave the display backdrop shading and added dimensional color. From there we built the steps out of MDF and wrapped them in poly satin printed in Heineken green. On the storefront’s window itself, we installed headline type that was all first-surface CAD. The finishing touch was placing 40 Heineken bottles in the display. All this was accomplished within the narrow space of an 18-inch deep window space.
