Duggal Visual Solutions worked with Elizabeth Jordan to create an amazing, custom, free-standing frame system to hold several prints and information at the 2011 Family Philanthropy Conference, held by The Council of Foundations, in New York City.
Jordan began her photography career just three years ago and has used her art to raise awareness for those living in war-torn countries. Her previous exhibitions feature images from Moscow, Rwanda, Bosnia, and Haiti, and all proceeds have gone to causes such as Right to Play, Women for Women International and NYU’s Ghana campus.
The conference attracted over 800 family philanthropists and their staff from across the globe, with an aim to strengthen the gaps across generations and diverse communities.
Duggal’s Marina Stark and Glenn Rabbach worked with Jordan to create the perfect booth to display her images. LUMI•SOLAIR a sister company of Duggal, was also present at the tradeshow to provide information about their solar and wind-powered street lamp. The booth was a custom, sturdy and flexible frame system, built by Duggal, and the images were suspended by cables.
Stark created several large format prints for Jordan including a 96”x64” gallery plexi, two 48”x84” freestanding gallery plexi prints, 30”x 40” gallery plexi prints, direct to Dibond prints, and a 30”x40” LED lightbox. Several of the displays were double-sided making this project even more unique.
