DURST’s One World Trade Center Office Gets a Refreshed ‘Neighborhood Wall’

The 63rd floor of One World Trade Center is much more than The Durst Organization’s commercial sales office for the global icon. It is a gallery experience inviting prospective tenants to experience the views, embrace the neighborhood, and imagine having an office in the Western hemisphere’s tallest building.

Duggal Visual Solutions’ Susanne Cyrgalis worked closely with NYC public affairs agency SKDKnickerbocker to execute their vision for a collection of beautiful graphics capturing the essence of the Lower Manhattan rebirth, the cornerstone being One WTC. Metal prints, Plexi pieces, stretch screens, grand format light boxes, multimedia displays and other carefully curated elements make for an immersive mixed media wallscape. Reusable magnetic museum boxes with receptor prints align with the building’s focus on sustainability; One WTC is a Class A, LEED Gold office property.

The current display is essentially a remix of the original “neighborhood wall” Duggal produced here in 2017. We have created graphics for several other Durst properties and are proud of our ongoing relationship with one of New York’s premier real estate companies, family-run for over 100 years.
