A year after Hurricane Sandy ravaged the entire Northeast, photographs remind us of the despair that followed.
In the immediate aftermath of Sandy, New Yorker photographer Pari Dukovic visited New York City’s hardest hit areas, entire neighborhoods destroyed and under water. His images – many in black and white, to “focus composition and draw the viewer toward the physical shape of the chaos” – are now on display at the Kings County Distillery in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
Duggal is a proud sponsor of Dukovic’s exhibition; we praise him for his work in capturing historical images of a humbling experience for all of us.
Proceeds of all print sales will go to the Brooklyn Recovery Fund. Click here for more information.
