Contrary to popular belief, the Hamptons aren’t exclusively pristine beaches and summer homes of the rich and famous. There is something for everyone.
For those who appreciate interior style and design, Holiday House Hamptons 2014 in Sag Harbor, NY is a must–see (and an easy day trip from New York City).
Presented by Hamptons Cottages and Gardens magazine, Holiday House Hamptons 2014 flaunts beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces, of various holiday themes, created by 18 designers in the historic Watchcase Factory off Main Street. Proceeds from the showhouse benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
Among the featured spaces is The Bungalow Guest Room by Jen Going Interiors, fabulously designed by Jen Going and Stephen Czeck. The duo called on Duggal Visual Solutions’ Faith Young and Steve Pinello for a centerpiece of the room, a 12-foot-wide and 8-foot-tall aquamarine custom wall covering complementing the bed headrest. The seamless wall of color adds a soothing splash to the luxurious guest room.
