Kith Park Runway Show Brings Star-Studded Lineup, Spectators to Duggal Greenhouse

As if Kith collaborations with Tommy Hilfiger, Greg Lauren and Versace weren’t enough to get the Duggal Greenhouse buzzing, the biggest names in sports and entertainment upped the aura at Ronnie Fieg’s Kith Park 2018 New York Fashion Week fall runway show.

LeBron James, Justin Bieber, 2 Chainz, Fabolous and Alexandre Arnault were among the notables watching as Hailey Baldwin, Bella Hadid, Aleali May and other top models strutted in Kith’s acclaimed streetwear.

“Shortly after the first scene ended the audience’s seating area began to shift to the next setting and collection: KITH x Tommy Hilfiger. The collection was complemented by a classroom surrounding and included Hailey Baldwin – Hilfiger’s new ambassador — taking the role as the popular girl in school. The arrangement was then closed by Tommy Hilfiger himself before it was time to float to the next act.”

The Hollywood Reporter highlighted the equally exhilarating scene that followed:

“The seating block moved sideways again to face a ’60s tableau with a scruffy tent and it was vaguely familiar looking but off-kilter…no it couldn’t be…in fact, it was another Lauren, Los Angeles-based designer Greg, who was behind the deconstructed tennis sweaters, olive-drab/denim mashups and outdoorsy plaids spliced with patched denim and fleece.

Nss Magazine called Kith Park “the best collection ever designed by Ronnie Fieg,” recapping the final scene, featuring the iconic Versace.

“Opens the section dedicated to the Italian fashion house Bella Hadid in bra, cycling shorts and cropped down jacket, all with a baroque fantasy, while closing the Portuguese Sara Sampaio with a variation of the same look. In the middle there are Lucky Blue Smith and the other models with graphic blazers, quilted velvet bomber jackets, a synthetic fur trainer jacket decorated with the Versace logo, t-shirts with sparkling golden designs and the silk shirt with geometric patterns.”

In addition to hosting the event at its flagship Brooklyn Navy Yard venue, Duggal Visual Solutions produced Kith-branded graphics to make the house truly Fieg’s for the night.
