Members of the Duggal Team and their family members started their 202o self-care with the Whole 30, a diet that emphasizes whole foods and the elimination of sugar, alcohol, grains, legumes, soy, and dairy. The 30-day diet started on January 6th and ended February 4th. The logic behind eliminating these foods is that these foods could be having a negative effect on one’s health and energy. By eliminating these foods for 30 days, the participant has the opportunity to see how their body is affected by any or all of them. Most participants felt amazing by the end of the 30 days. The Whole 30 is quickly becoming a Duggal-New Year tradition, with Jerid O’Connell and Jenna Paulson organizing the Duggal Team for the second year in a row. Each participant gets a free Whole 30 book, and there are group lunches served for all participants on the 1st, 15th and last day of the month-long diet. Senior Account Execs Gordon Bailey and Lyndall Kazmarzyk participated in the Whole 30 last year, and continued to adhere to 90{a1b66163f1a58119c26981dbd34133115a209dc06f2d1e7802b1355f65adb2e8} of the diet after the initial 30 days!
