Innovation meets scale. Samsung’s experiential build pushed creative boundaries with immersive zones and bold visual storytelling, showing how tech can take over a space and turn it into a discovery journey.

3. Community Impact Event: CultureCon ‘Taking Space’

A campus-wide takeover designed for creativity, conversation, and community. CultureCon activated multiple venues across the Navy Yard, inviting thousands into an ecosystem of culture-first programming and brand engagement.

4. Culinary Moment: McDonald’s #ChefsRemix

From interactive tasting stations to bold branding moments, McDonald’s delivered an elevated culinary activation that blended fun, flavor, and flawless production.

5. Top Social-Driven Moment: United Korea KOOM

KOOM brought together creators, top brands, and live musical performances by the R&B singer Jiselle, Seori, and TripleK for a high-energy, social-led experience. From performances to immersive moments, every corner of the space was designed for culture, connection, and highly shareable content.

6. Multi-Day Takeover: Monday.com Elevate25

A strategic, full-venue transformation with custom wayfinding, branded zones, and multi-day programming. Designed for flow and built to keep teams engaged from session to session.

7. Renovation Reveal: Mezzanine Upgrade

Our refreshed mezzanine was reimagined to support elevated VIP experiences and dedicated private meeting spaces—designed for conversations, collaboration, and flexibility. A clear reflection of how we continue to evolve the venue to meet our clients’ needs.

8. VIP Appearance: New York Times The Well Festival

The Greenhouse was selected as the iconic backdrop for The New York Times’ first-ever wellness event, an inaugural gathering centered on holistic health, mental wellness, and finding joy. The Well Festival featured appearances by Dwyane Wade, Lori Leibovich, Kate Lowenstein, and Lisa Miller, bringing leading voices in wellness, media, and culture into a space designed for impact and intention.
