High Line When the beloved High Line elevated rail trail reopened in Summer 2020, Duggal Visual Solutions produced 1,200 “dot” floor graphics along with A-frames, double-sided panels and large die cuts placed throughout the park. The semi-permanent dots brought playful pops of color while helping to keep visitors physically distanced.
