Position Overview

We’re seeking a Project Manager with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and hands-on experience in fast-paced environments to support our project management team in delivering top-tier retail graphics solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to gain industry experience in print production, logistics, and client coordination while contributing to high-profile retail campaigns in the beauty, fashion, and cosmetics space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help manage timelines, production schedules, and shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery of graphic materials
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments (prepress, print, finishing, and logistics) and external vendors as needed
  • Maintain and update project trackers and job documentation for accuracy and clarity
  • Assist in quality control reviews, packaging coordination, and proof approvals
  • Coordinate data entry for orders and maintain accurate client records
  • Help ensure projects meet brand standards and client expectations in quality, delivery, and design
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines
  • Communicate updates, issues, and project milestones with clients and internal teams
  • Assist with special requests, sample requests, and ad-hoc client needs

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, management, customer service, retail operations, or production environments (internships, warehouse, retail logistics, or agency experience are a plus).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with print, graphics, or creative production environments is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work well under deadlines and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite; familiarity with project management tools a plus.
