Crisp, fresh and sensual, Luna Rossa Ocean stands out in a sea of men’s fragrances with a theatrical display in Macy’s Herald Square produced by Duggal Visual Solutions.
The new fragrance from Prada is the product of a long-term licensing agreement with L'Oréal signed in 2019 and effective beginning in 2021.
“A symbol of excellence and avant-garde, the Prada brand’s unique and unconventional philosophy appeals to consumers around the world,” L’Oréal Luxe President Cyril Chapuy said at the time of signing. “This license will give L’Oréal Luxe the ideal complement to its portfolio of iconic brands.”
As the first launch in the L'Oréal-Prada partnership, Luna Rossa Ocean takes after Duggal’s many years of producing visual displays for L'Oréal in the 1.1.-million-square-foot Macy’s NYC flagship, one of the largest and most recognized department stores in the world. Duggal associate Tracy Pisarczyk works with the L'Oréal creative team to continually bring new and exciting solutions to the table.
The Luna Rossa Ocean display in Macy’s features actor Jake Gyllenhaal as brand ambassador in a moody aquatic theme that combines many of Duggal’s specialized print and digital services including wide format printing, fabric printing, custom fabrication, interactive media, LED programming, motion graphics and post-production.
We’re excited to see what’s next from L'Oréal and Prada as the two proud brands innovate together.
