Michael Kors is the latest fashion designer to dazzle at the Duggal Greenhouse, after luring New York Fashion Week 2019 spectators to the Brooklyn Navy Yard for his Spring 2020 show.
Kors is known for staging his collection on the last day of Fashion Week—and for drawing a star-studded audience, of course. Nicole Kidman, Kate Hudson and Anna Wintour were among the A-list celebs spotted this year, while Bella Hadid, Gigi Hadid, Jordan Daniels and other top runway models strutted in Kors’ Americana-themed collection.
Guests arrived by boat and car to a minimalist setup with tall trees that the brand likened to a “walk in the park.” E! News recaps:
“A choir dressed in black kicked off the event to the tune of Don McLean's ‘American Pie’ as models made their way down a U-shaped runway. Keeping up his musical tradition, Kors' show featured a unifying America-themed set list, including ‘This Land Is Your Land,’ ‘America’ and ‘Love Train.’”
