Digital Onset/ Flatbed

In 2013, Duggal and Fujifilm announced the first commercial installation globally of the new Inca Onset Q406i UV high-speed digital press. With a droplet size of just 9 picoliters – three times less than the industry standard – the Inca gives Duggal the ability to provide unprecedented image detail and tonal range for industrial-volume runs.

In addition to the Inca, our Rho 900 flatbed press an Océ Arizona 350 GT UV flatbed printers are capable of printing directly onto an assortment of substrates up to 2 inches thick, from display boards to aluminum and wood. Our presses also feature white ink for special effect printing on colored and metallic substrates.
