After Photoshop: Manipulated Photography in the Digital Age
Nancy Burson, Filip Dujardin, and many others will exhibit an abundant ways of how we currently use digital technology to alter a photograph from the 1980s to present day. Over many years photography has been transformed from cameras with ordinary film to digital electronic images. This exhibit will show audiences how Photoshop and other digital technologies takes old fashion pictures and transforms them into futuristic visions.

This unique and large-scale rain room by Random International has been a popular exhibit at the Museum of Modern Art. The detection of the human body lets visitors walk through and experience what it would feel like to control the rain. The rainfall is generated to stop on command when detection of the human body is present. Capacity of the Rain Room is on a first-come first serve basis and allows only 10 people at a time. It is possible that you may get slightly wet during your visit. Photography is encouraged!

If you’re a fan of the Ramones or The Clash then you’ll definitely enjoy the Met’s annual Costume Institute exhibition. The growth of punk culture from its early years, was influenced in the modern fashion world. The exhibition’s designers included over 100 designs of both men and woman's fashion of this particular era. Most of the clothing in this exhibition is from many 1970s music videos from iconic punk bands.
